Viking Realty, Inc. has several new construction specialists on staff to help you through the process of building a new home from start to finish. Our specialists will start by helping you find the location you desire and finish by attending the closing with you where the keys to your new home are turned over to you. We make building a new home as easy and worry-free as possible by handling the entire construction process. Leaving you valuable time to spend with your family, doing the things that make you happy. As a General Contractor, we are fully licensed with the state of Wisconsin and are also fully insured. We have developed an excellent reputation over the years with several area building suppliers. We work directly with only reputable suppliers and sub-contractors who are known and trusted in the area. All of our plumbing, heating & air conditioning, and electrical sub-contractors are also fully licensed and insured. As is the same with all of our sub-contractors, who must be fully insured. Our framing and finishing crews work together from the first day to ensure the excellent quality of construction and that the home is finished on time.

All of our new construction homes provide you with ample and generous custom allowances for flooring, cabinets, paint, lighting, landscape, plumbing fixtures, and even appliances. Viking Realty's new construction specialists will refer you to our suppliers. This gives you the opportunity to pick out the products that you want and yet receive the "contractor pricing" that we receive from these suppliers. Or, if you have specific suppliers that you would like to work with, we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

Check with us when you are searching for a new construction home. We may have the home you are looking for under construction, or even just completed and ready for occupancy. We are constantly building new homes that are or will be for sale on the market.
